Job Description:  
Process BOMs (Bills of Materials) as changes are needed.
• Coordinate documentation schedule with engineering, planners, program managers, and buyers.
• Resolve documentation questions and issues for engineering, planners, programs managers, and buyers.
• Participate in all New Product Introduction (NPI) and prerelease meetings. a. Interpret customer BOMs b. Parse BOMs into a standardized pattern to fit company. c. Edit customer documentation and troubleshoot found issues within the documentation.
• Process ECO’s and deviations.
o Interpret ECO’s to fit company format
o Verify ECO re-write
o Gerber verification of changes
o Edit BOM with changes as needed
• Provide 1st article statement to customers.
• Create new and revised build packets, while maintaining electronic and hardcopy records.
• Maintain data archives.
 
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications and Desirables:  
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with shop floor control systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong Organizational skills.
• Ability to work with multiple projects.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business related field strongly preferred
• Basic understanding of electronic components and printed circuit board assembly processes preferred.
