Job Description:
Looking for temporary assistance in migrating data from one electronic system to an Excel Spreadsheet. This work will take approximately 1-2 months. We are looking for a resource with strong attention to detail and quality to transpose and copy information from a quality system into an Excel Spreadsheet that will then be uploaded into a new system. The information being copied is at high risk for audit and therefore needs to be transposed exactly as it is in the legacy system. Accuracy is critical.
Tools and training will be provided. Resource must be able to execute upon direction and be willing to ask questions if there is something that is unclear.
This resource will be sitting at a desk for up to 8 hours per day working on a computer.
In addition, we may ask this resource to assist with other administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and uploading documents into a quality system.  Work direction will come from multiple members of the team and the manager.
Education: Associates preferred, High School diploma is okay
Must Haves: Very detailed oriented, 2-3 years of experience with data entry, not afraid to ask questions, experience with excel.  
Preferred skills: clinical background
Preference is knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel) and some experience with data entry. If the resource has any experience working with regulated documents or in a clinical setting, this is also preferred but not required.
