Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative answer incoming calls from customers.  
Specific Job Responsibilities:
• Provide Customer order status, tracking, quote pricing and lead-times.
• Create shipping/scheduling expedites as requested by the customer or sales.
• Provide basic sizing for NIA product lines based on general information provided by the customer.
• Enter and maintain the various types of sales orders, monthly stock orders and RMA orders; warranty exchange and consignment or Demo orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain hold codes on sales orders as needed.  Notify and work with appropriate departments to resolve issues.
• Work with applicable departments to update and maintain customer, product, and discount databases.
• Work as CS Screener to pre-screen Customer Service Emails for priority processing in the email queue.
• Become proficient with the current business systems and other tool and resources used by the Customer Service Department.
• Work with Sr. Customer Service Representative/Trainer to have a solid understanding of departmental procedures and the sales policies that pertain to Customer Service.
• Work with Manager of Customer Service to resolve complex problems.
• Provide support for new members of the department and provide backup coverage as needed.
• Flexibility on working hours may be requirement.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required by management.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Must have experience with ERP Systems
• Will not consider retail or office customer service experience.
