Job Description:
Our customer is looking for a Part Time Contracts Administrator to interface between R&D and the Health Care Provider contracting group (Legal).
Provides administrative support to the R&D organization by interfacing with the Health Care Compliance (HCP) team. Support includes contract administration, interaction with HCP Spend Solution system, SAP, telephone coverage, filing and tracking of legal contracts and documents, and creating purchase orders. Deals with highly sensitive and confidential material related to legal matters. Ensures physicians and clinicians receive timely payment for services rendered.
 
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED is needed. Must have any type of secondary education.  Must have 2+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator. Must have experience with SAP, physicians and ethics statements, social security or tax payer ID’s, etc. phone coverage, filing and tracking of legal contracts and documents, and creating purchase orders. Deals with highly sensitive and confidential material related to legal matters. E
