Job Description:
SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Clinical Education Administrator supports logistics, execution and metrics for clinical education programs and services that are aligned with Neurovascular strategies. This includes, but is not limited to, hands-on and observational courses; Masters Courses, Peer to Peer proctoring and Fellows Programs. Ensures all training programs meet all Corporate Compliance Guidelines, AdvaMed Guidelines, and applicable federal regulations.
• Coordinate and manage a wide variety of clinical education administrative task, inventory system, proctoring and program travel logistics, tracking course metrics, tracking site certification metrics
• Identify and work with stakeholders in other departments and outside vendors to ensure that event objectives are met.
• Coordinate logistics for education programs, including management, registration process, support on site execution of the training event, etc.
• Track and submit weekly expense reports for PACE department for education programs and physician proctoring
• Support Invoice Management for department
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stake holders to optimize resources for each event.
• Track the budget for individual education programs, ensuring that expenses remain in line with compliance guidelines.
• Ensure education program documentation and retention requirements are met.
• Pursue highest standards of support and service to exceed customer expectations
• Adhere to corporate compliance policy, AdvaMed Guidelines, and applicable federal regulations.
• Good organizational skills.
• Self-directed, demonstrating high degree of initiative
• Ability to establish proper priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with various business contacts (e.g., marketing sales, shipping, finance, facilities).
• Professional presence.
• Demonstrate track record of execution and influence without complete authority
• Ability to identify key decision makers
• Articulate; strong oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills: Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Data Entry
• Education required/ preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in medical device sales, marketing, education, or comparable work experience. Convention management or event management experience preferred.
• Position may require 10-15% travel, including, training workshops, local outreach programs and sales meetings. Includes some weekend travel.
• Position includes some in-vivo lab work. Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours straight and lift objects up to 40 pounds.
• Requires air travel on an occasional basis
