Job Description:
Our customer is looking for a Global Process Steward, and acts as the liaison between the regional service delivery teams and the Global Process Steward. The Source to Pay Regional Process Principal is responsible for coordinating regional process improvement efforts, benchmarking our services against industry standards, ensuring that client complies with auditing requirements, controlling non-standardization of processes globally, and participates in all service infrastructure efforts for the Source to Pay (StP) end to end process. The position requires strong collaboration, communications and change management skills as well as significant experience in the end to end Source to Pay process.
 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
•5+ years of Shared Services/Global Business Services experience and 10+ years of experience in the Source to Pay functional areas, including sourcing, PO processing, AP and vendor master
•Technical skills: Full life-cycle Business process improvement methodology (including lean Six Sigma). ERP experience (SAP preferred). Global implementation experience.
•Functional knowledge in the StP Pay End to End processes and technology, including the Source to Contract (StC) process (7-step sourcing process, contract management, and supplier management), transactional procurement process, (e-procurement processes and vendor master processes), and the Accounts Payable processes (invoice ingestion, invoice management and payment processing
•Superior problem solving skills, leadership qualities, influencing, communication and consulting skills, team/interpersonal skills. Outstanding ability to diagnose problems which could be related to process, technology, strategy or people and put in place actions/measures.
•PC literacy: ability to quickly learn and productively use new software applications
•Strong leadership skills and ability to motive regional teams working under tight timelines/budgets
•Strong financial acumen to develop business cases that support new or improved service proposals
