JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Analyst that will:
• Deliver clearly documented functional, system and process requirements.
• Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases.
• Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client’s business requests and needs and translates and refines the requirements into functional specifications.
• Responsibilities include the creation of contract/document files, review documents for database population, and add updates to documents/database as required.
• Monitor any changes made to contracts/documents in order to ensure correct data population in the contract database.
• Perform contract and metadata maintenance.
• Participate in FERC filings and requirements related to Transmission Business Relations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.
• This position requires a high level of confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Paralegal, management information systems, business, and/or FERC related experience.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office software required.
• Paralegal, regulatory, business, or MIS background/education preferred.
• Must be willing to learn new software and perform database entries
• Our preferred candidate would be someone with Paralegal, management information systems, or business skills.
