Job Description:
Our customer is looking for an Advanced Process Development Engineer to work in their automation department processes meet required capabilities, resolve equipment, and process issues to ensure reliable operation. Will work on Troubleshoot and debug new processes, equipment, and tooling to meet required specifications. Develop and execute qualification plans for tooling and processes. Assist production in developing change over and set-up work instructions. Assist production in writing required maintenance procedures for Process Development and Automation department. Measure and improve on key process variables, develop and implement programs to reduce process variability.
 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields is needed. Must have 4+ years’ experience with Advanced Process development with thermal and structural finite element analysis. Must have experience with Design and Optical Engineering. Strong computer skills in PC based applications such as MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel and Statistical Soft-ware. Also requires knowledge of Solid Modeling. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
