Job Description:
• Coordinate legal requirements / needs to support many types of legal agreements - NDAs, HCP agreements, Work Orders, etc. – and submitting proposals into eCats for legal review. Obtain vendor / business signatures for final execution of contract.
• Ensure all paperwork and information is gathered and maintained to ensure compliant payments for HCPs, third party vendors, Service Agreements (attendee verification, expense verification, invoice preparation)
• Create ‘events’ within a tracking software program to support the compliance surrounding HCP event engagement
• Support Marketing team in gaining ‘Product Feedback’ forms and associated feedback
• ASL – Make sure vendor is on Approved Supplier List (ASL) vendor; if not, work with quality and vendor to add to ASL
• Payment – Create PO in OneSource for vendor (get vendor approved to be added to OneSource/SAP if not already in system)
• Support credentialing program to support the sales force of credentialing needs
• Support regional tradeshow management needs
• Assure effective communication in all work processes – with internal and external customers
• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of business needs
• At least 5 years of experience preferred
Top 2 needs:
• Experience with executing contracts (NDAs, HPC, service, vendor, third party) utilizing software systems and internal processes. This includes any experience with eCATS, PCI (Physician Collaboration), OneSource, SAP (or related software systems) and obtaining vendor and corporate signatures.
• Experience managing payment requirements and systems with multiple business partners both internally and externally – healthcare professionals, Marketing, R&D, legal, compliance.
