• Participate in physician relationships in relation to invoicing and HCP payments
• Completes all physician invoices post program and provides professional follow up with HCP in status as needed
• Ability to make high level decision within the department
• Ability to analyze and spot trends and prepare Program Management monthly dashboard using various program trackers
• Assist with the logistics of physician training programs as needed
• Assist in managing department expenses to budget
• Ability to multitask and work within a Matrix environment
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with time critical information and needs
• Provides Administrative support to Department Director
• Meeting minutes as needed
• Assist in managing physician contracts as needed
• Assist with the fellows program design and execution as needed
• Assist in opening and closing programs in Siebel system
• Assist in monitoring CAR system to ensure all documentation and approvals are added as required within specific timelines
• Manage product request and inventory with our outside storage and fulfillment facility
• Manage internal product request to ensure we and providing proper notice to out fulfillment center
• Manage product request to ensure we are shipping in the most cost-effective manner
• Communicate directly with manager on all issues and provide weekly updates to manager regarding the status of projects, programs, and assignments
• Adhere to corporate policy, AdvaMed Guidelines, and applicable federal regulations
• Professional communications (Grammar/language)
• Coordination of events (Scheduling/appropriate venues/ Appropriate attendees)
• Data entry - must have eye for detail and be consistent and accurate in working with EXCEL
• Data entry will include systems such as Siebel & Agile data entry - easy to teach but must have eye for detail and be consistent and accurate - requires uploading several documents in to the system which also must be check for accuracy before adding them in to the system
• Able to be a team player or work independently
• Professional appearance
• I need more data entry, excel, tracking, reporting, and professional oral and written communication skills.  It is more than just data entry, but the accuracy, eye for details and professional communication skills are very important.
