Job Description:
Our customer is looking for a 2nd Shift Quality Inspector.
• 1-3 years of Quality Inspection manufacturing experience in metal fabrication processes. Weldment inspection preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with numbers, measures, fractions, basic math and control charting
• Basic understanding of welding acceptance criteria
• Basic understanding of welding symbols and quality acceptance criteria
• Use and control of measuring instruments
• Basic Computer Skills including Microsoft® Word, SAP, Outlook and some data analysis using Excel spreadsheets
• Understand and comply with all HSE, Compliance and other Company Policies.
• Must know Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Operating and technical procedures and work instructions as it applies to the position.
• Perform various other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager within the physical constraints of the position.
