Job Description:
This position is responsible for completing various material related administrative tasks to insure accurate and timely maintenance of inventory functions.  
Responsibilities
• Maintain and monitor inventory control system for raw materials, in process, and finished goods
• Enter data for transactions including but not limited to receiving, and receiving inspection
• Physically place components in appropriate storage location as part of the receiving & receiving inspection/put to stock, and put away/restock process
• Enter data into Shortage Report
• Create & complete disposition of DMR on system and in actuality
• Input data to complete production movements, create shipper and invoice
• Analyze information for inventory accuracy at point of job issue and invoice creation
• Participate in corporate and team Continuous Improvement events or activities
• Know and understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace
 
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience; inventory or supply chain management experience preferred
• Experience working in an MRP environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to read, write and otherwise communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities to ensure superior customer satisfaction
