ENTEGEE offers our candidates a generous benefits package that surpasses those offered by similar agencies in the technical staffing industry.
While working as a consultant for ENTEGEE, you and your dependents are eligible to participate in the Group Health Care benefit plans after completing 30 days of service. Coverage will begin on the first day of the next month following 30 days of service. You must be working a minimum of 30 hours per week to be eligible.
You and your dependents are eligible to enroll in the limited medical plans offered by UnitedHealthcare. (Limited medical plans are not intended to replace major medical insurance.) The plans available to you through UnitedHealthcare provide the following features:
- Low Co-payments
- No Annual Deductible
- No Referrals
- In and Out-of-Network Coverage
Our dental insurance for candidates is provided through UnitedHealthcare. This insurance covers you and your dependents and you may choose between two packages that include:
- Preventative and Diagnostic Service
- Basic Service
- Major Services (12 month waiting period)
ENTEGEE offers our candidates a Vision Plan through UnitedHealthcare providing eligible participants with quality vision care and prescription eyewear through a national network of private practice and retail chain providers. The plan provides the following benefits:
- Co-pay for Comprehensive Vision Exam
- National network coverage of private practice and retail chain providers
- Access to laser eye surgery
ENTEGEE also offers a comprehensive 401(k) plan administered by Bank of America. This program is offered to all of our candidates after they have completed 90 days (three months) of employment for ENTEGEE.
Additional benefits include Supplemental Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Supplemental Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage.
